Demo Query
Below you can query a small subset of the current AIRRDB. Simply put in your CDR sequences in amino acid format and vdjfasta boundaries that you want to search, adjust the distance (0-2 hamming per CDR) and press submit. The limit parameter will cut off any search after finding the set number of records. You may adjust it any time.
The length parameters let you limit the CDRs you do not search for by length.
Check out the example at the bottom of this page.
Example
Let’s walk through an example:
- A good way to approach your search is to start with the H3 – let’s say your antibody has the following: CARGRLSWSPDSW
- Leave everything else blank and adjust the distance to 2. Press submit.
- You will see that there are at least 50 entries in the database. Now it is time to adjust the limit and zoom in on the other CDRs.
- First let’s find out how many entries there are with this H3 – set the limit to 5000 and press submit again.
- Now we see that the there are in total 1257 entries in the current database with an H3 similar to CARGRLSWSPDSW.
- You can click on “Show details” to see how the CDRs look like and from which study the data comes from.
- A click on download will retrieve the data and download it as gz-compressed vdjcsv format.
